This is a traditional quaint French eatery without frills. The ambiance, to use a French word, is simple and homy. My only concern was the limited space. I wish it had more seating. The food is good and the staff is friendly. I had the creamy butternut squash soup and the special of the day chicken dish. They were both very hearty and tasty.

Extremely hospitable and kind, the service was fast, and the food was amazing. The pastrami panini here is officially one of my favorite pastrami sandwiches I've had. The atmosphere was nice, I loved all the delicious treats, and overall just really a great spot. Perfect place to go for a breakfast/lunch date!

Extremely sweet people and delicious food. Strongly recommend the ham, mushroom, cheese crepe, but maybe ask them to go easy on the cheese, unless you have time for a nap after! We also smashed a pistachio croissant. So beautiful and tasty!

Do you want to visit France without getting on a plane, then this little cafe is where you should visit. We had a couple of amazing sandwiches (with a side salad and potato salad), a bowl of butternut squash soup and a croissant with homemade marmalade. All the food was so delicious. Definitely putting this on my favorites list!

Lovely little French cafe on Foothill! The staff who work here and own the place are so kind. Lovely hospitality that contributes to a jovial ambience. The food and coffee were great, both generous in portion and quality. While I might not categorize their offerings as completely authentic French cuisine, I had a lovely visit to this cafe and recommend it to locals! P.S. The bakery goods look so good!

I stopped by to check it out and it turned out to be a great discovery for me. If you really craving for French pastries and amazing breakfast and crapes this is a place to be. Cozy and inviting. Food quality is top notch. Really recommend. They also put their breads and pastry out at local farmers markets.

What a great place with a lovely couple who prepare all the food and made to order. I ordered the Ham & Cheese sandwich and eggs and it was delicious and plenty of food. The French music and setup takes you back in time like a dream. Loved it.

My friend and I found this place on a whim, while searching for something that had vegan options for me and non-vegan options for her. We had never heard of this place before, and it's tucked away, so it could easily be missed while driving by, but it's the best hidden gem I've come across in awhile. I've craved it a few times since I last had it hehe. The butternut squash soup was SO GOOD. And they had delicious bread and vegan butter... the butter was way too good and I asked for 2nds of the bread and butter haha. When I saw my soup come out with a salad, I was a bit bummed, ( first world problem I know), because I usually never like the salads at restaurants, and had i known, i wouldve told them not to waste it by adding it to my order. I didnt want to waste it, so i gave it a nibble. And i was surpised ...the salad was freaking delicious! I gobbled it down and haha.. i never do that with salad! Idk what dressing they tossed it in, but it was vegan friendly and amazing! I also ordered a vanilla latte, and it was not only one of the better lattes I've had, but it was also a lower price than most coffee shops that taste half as good. I also have a strong affinity for France, and i miss it every day. This place made me feel like I was immediately transported back there. Even the owner was speaking French ( i believe she said she was from Montreal), and everyone that worked there was SO NICE and so accommodating. It wasn't a cliche, trying to be Parisian spot - it was legitimately like a cafe would be on a beautiful corner on a busy street in Paris, with the loveliest little French goodies. I was filled with nostalgia by being there. I only wish they had vegan croissants, because OMG did their croissants smell insanely good, and i so badly wish i couldve had one. I was so in love with this spot, and my friend and I stayed way too long... a few minutes past closing time, but they were so sweet about it and let us finish our conversation, instead of kicking us out. My friend and i can't wait to go back, and said we should make this a regular brunch routine for us. But next time we promise not to stay past closing time ;) . I can't recommend this place enough! - Shadia Elise
